From 2000 through 2010, Texas executed 265 convicted criminals for murder. Each inmate has a minimum two page summary written in clear detail as to what crimes they had committed, their motives, if they were on parole at the time of the latest murders. Other subjects from these cases are ethnicity, cross-racial crimes, total number of victims (over 1,400), total number of crimes (over 2,000), weapons used, sex crimes, dangerous parolees, violent gangs involved, cost of incarceration and lengths of stay on Death Row at what cost to the taxpayer plus those 34 executed that claimed their innocence to the end, in spite of overwhelming evidence to the contrary plus a remorseful index of the 265 executed according to ethnicity based on their last words..
Lastly, there are the results of the atrocious ruling by U.S. District Court Judge William Wayne Justice, who pressured the Texas State Parole Board to release thousands of brutal criminals on the unknowing public. Out of these 265 cases, some of whom should have never been released from prison, an additional 134 victims of which 117 were murdered, came as a result of not serving their full terms behind bars.
