Add–ins can prove to be useful assistants within the IDE. They can be used to simplify complex tasks that are repetitive, yet required as part of the development process. In part one of this three–part article, author Bill Wilson discusses VSMacros, Wizards, and Add–ins, and guides you through the creation of an initial framework using the add–in project wizard.
